Evaluation of Hematological Parameters in Predicting Short-Term Mortality for COVID 19 Patients with Gastrointestinal Symptoms: A Case-Control Study

Introduction: Due to local and systemic pathological mechanisms, the laboratory parameters -especially hematological of patients with gastrointestinal symptoms may differ from those without. We aimed investigate difference between COVID 19 
 Material methods: Our study was designed as a retrospective case-control study. The case group consisted confirmed symptoms. control without were compared statistically.
 Results: One hundred thirty included in group, 130 group. There no statistical groups terms white blood cell count, neutrophil lymphocyte platelet hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean volume, corpuscular neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-lymphocyte ratio (p values: 0.642, 0.987, 0.132, 0.835, 0.306, 0.430, 0.057, 0.735, 0.321, 0.031, respectively)
 Conclusion: is significant parameters.
